从现货黄金日线图看，K线目前依旧徘徊于3月初至上周四连续9个交易日开出的阴线低位附近，说明K线开启反弹空间力度较弱，均线系统空头格局不改，虽然MA5拐点有勾头向上迹象，但对K线依旧构成有效反压，因此料K线弱势下行格局在夜间凌晨时分美联储公布FOMC会议之前将持续。另外MACD的DIF（白线）继续在超卖区域内横行，尚未作出多空方向选择，增大金价下行风险。
从现货黄金4小时图看，线性回归通道因前期K线的震荡上行而放大，目前K线位于中轨和下轨构成的通道内，行情偏向横盘整理，均线系统在K线横向震荡中粘合整理之后，当前趋于向下发散，短周期均线（MA5和MA10）对K线构成初步反压，MACD双线在零轴下方钝化，多空信号疲弱。操作思路上建议高位筑空和近期录得的低点区域（1147-1150之间）做多的区间思路相结合。

支撑：1147-1143-1138
今日操作建议：
反弹至1162附近（上下1美元）做空，第一目标1158，第二目标1154，止损5美元。
回踩至1143附近（上下1美元）做多，第一目标1148，第二目标1152，止损3美元。
上破1165追多，目标1170，止损3美元。
下破1140追空，第一目标1137，第二目标1132，止损3美元。
1147-1150多单进场，止盈目标为1152,1155,1158，止损4美元。
1162-1165空单进场，止盈目标1158,1154,1151，止损3美元。
