新屋销售回暖 黄金窄幅整理
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场11月黄金期价10月24日收于每盎司1231.2 美元，比前一交易日下滑了1美元，跌幅为0.08%。白银期货上涨0.06%，报每盎司17.19美元。
9月新屋销售明显回暖:美国9月新屋销售月率为0.2%，大幅好于市场预期值-5.8%，而9月的新屋销售年率，更是上升至六年以来的高位。虽然8月美国新屋销售增幅表现较差。由于最新公布的美国9月新屋销售数据意外好于市场预期，显示美国房产市场仍有一定的增长动能，数据同时也提振了市场的风险情绪，令市场对美国经济受全球经济增长放缓的负面影响再次降温，美股延续上涨，从而对金价构成打压。
欧元区最大银行未能通过测试:欧洲银行业管理局本周日公布了欧元区银行业资产质量评估结果，报告显示，25家欧元区最大的银行未能通过综合性测试，与此同时，评估发现银行业不良贷款在2013年年底增加1360亿欧元，至8790亿欧元。欧元区银行业的资产质量评估结果显示，欧元区各大银行存在一定的资本流动缺口，另外，不良贷款数量也在上升，这对于欧元区经济复苏存在极大的障碍，同时也不利于欧央行执行进一步的刺激措施，在欧元仍然低迷的走势下，美元仍存在上行空间，金价承压或将持续走软。
