英央行官员支持负利率 金价反弹重回191
现货黄金昨日早间回踩1894美元/盎司一线后开启反弹走势，欧盘直接冲破1900美元/盎司整数关口上方，金价在晚间美盘回踩确认1900美元/盎司整数关口支撑后，进一步延续反弹走势，今日早间反弹高点刷新至1915美元/盎司上方，前一天回落幅度基本收回。现货黄金今日凌晨3点收于1910.2美元/盎司一线，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1915美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡反弹，报24.76美元/盎司。
英国央行或需出台更多刺激：英国央行货币政策委员会委员弗利葛周二表示，央行可能需要祭出更多刺激措施，因为应对不断攀升的新增病例，经济面临的风险增加，他还对实施负利率表示了一些谨慎的支持。弗利葛表示，他担心英国央行8月指出的失业率上升和增长疲软风险可能会成为现实。
OPEC+谨慎应对供需失衡：10月21日美油小幅下跌，市场预期美国接近就一项疫情纾困计划达成协议，宏观利好推动了美元下跌与风险资产回升，油价周二也触及近七周新高。如果达成协议，美油或冲击42大关。
