刺激方案一波多折 金价大幅反弹
现货黄金上周五整体保持震荡上行走势，金价从1894美元/盎司一线直接冲上1920美元/盎司上方，并一度试图攻击1930美元/盎司关口，虽然本周开盘后出现短暂突破，但并未能有效站稳，短时间内重新回落至1920-1930区间内。现货黄金上周六凌晨3点收于1828.1美元/盎司一线，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1927美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡反弹，报25.01美元/盎司。
美国经济需要更多财政支持：美国明尼阿波利斯联储主席卡什卡利表示，美国经济复苏已趋于平稳，迫切需要财政政策的额外支持。认为将继续看到艰难而缓慢的复苏，全国数以千计的小企业将走向破产。 卡什卡利周日在接受采访时表示，这就是为什么我们当选的领导人团结起来采取更多行动是如此重要。
原油供应端存三大利空：尽管飓风“德尔塔”迫使美国能源公司减产，但挪威石油工人结束罢工，应该会提高原油产量。利比亚解除对沙拉拉油田的不可抗力。如果沙拉拉油田全面恢复，利比亚石油产量将达到60万桶，这新增供应已经无法被忽视。
