银行危机解除 金价窄幅整理
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1291.40美元/盎司，最高价为1292.39美元，最低价为1286.80美元，上涨了3.70美元，涨幅为0.29%。
葡萄牙政府救助圣灵银行：上周末葡萄牙与欧盟官员周末紧急会谈后，同意动用49亿欧元(约合65.8亿美元)挽救陷入危难的国内最大上市银行圣灵银行，此前，葡萄牙刚刚于5月份结束了接受来自国际债券的财政资金援助。葡萄牙政府就圣灵银行的债务问题，动用近49亿欧元款项救助，可谓给债市投资人吃了一颗大大的定心丸，使其确信救助行动不会给葡萄牙公共财务造成更大的压力，从而降低了对黄金的避险买需。
投资者信心指数急降至低位：研究机构周一公布调查的显示，欧元区8月投资者信心意外下滑，因欧盟对俄罗斯的经济制裁打击了增长预期，特别是欧洲最大经济体德国的增长预期。数据显示，欧元区8月机构投资者信心指数降至2.7，预期9.0，前值10.1，为一年来最低。西方国家加大对俄罗斯的制裁力度，德国因此蒙受的损失超过其他多数欧洲国家，打击了对德国的增长预期，作为欧洲主要核心国家之一，其疲软的经济会拖累欧元区整个体系，打压国际金价的走势。
