7月消费者信心指数向好：周二公布的美国7月咨商会消费者信心指数，大幅上升至90.9，远好于预期85.4。触及2007年10月以来最高水平，反映了美国劳动力市场前景改善。由于美国7月咨商会消费者信心指数向好，强化了市场对今明两天内，即将举行的美联储议息会议中，提及的减码规模和加息前景，促使黄金多头进场积极性退减，限制了国际金价的上涨。
欧盟确定对俄制裁：据外媒报道，欧盟同意对俄罗斯实施经济制裁，且将从本周四生效，欧盟制裁措施覆盖金融、武器和能源部门，美国国务卿克里表示，对于俄罗斯的举动，除了促使国际社会实施制裁外，没有其他的选择。由于欧盟作为俄罗斯的能源供应主要进口经济体，若确定出来制裁计划并没有让俄罗斯服软，将一定程度上打压了市场的风险情绪，避险情绪有望推动金价再次上升。
