印度黄金激增 金价窄幅整理
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1307.08美元/盎司，最高价为1313.30美元，最低价为1305美元，下跌了4.62美元，跌幅为0.35%。
俄罗斯或遭更严厉制裁：法国政府发言人透露，英法德三国总理在周末电话会议上同意，如果普京不立即对救援行动提供支持，周二的欧盟外长会议就应出台更严厉的对俄制裁措施。而美国总统也在周一再次对俄罗斯施压，要求迫使亲俄分裂势力停止阻碍国际调查组进入上周马航客机坠毁的现场。此次马航事件为冷战后的俄罗斯和西方国家带来更大的危机，如果俄罗斯方面的立场坚决，或有可能加剧局势的恶化，加大对其制裁范围，黄金的避险需求提升将刺激国际金价上升。
印度对黄金进口保持谨慎：印度工商业联合会在对6月贸易数据进行详细分析后表示，印度政府应该对黄金的进口保持警觉。大量的黄金进口导致印度贸易赤字触及11个月高点，印度6月黄金进口大增65.0%的状况不应再次出现，政府应该采取必要的措施确保黄金进口遵循限制规则。印度预算案上政府保持黄金进口关税不变，导致国内黄金走私变得更为猖獗，随后印度6月黄金进口量激增，令市场人士更加倾向维持对黄金进口的限制，印度黄金溢价上升，国际金价亦收益上涨。
