俄国增持储备 金银小幅上涨
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场8月黄金期价7月21日收于每盎司1312.7美元，比前一交易日上升了1.3美元，涨幅为0.1%。白银期货上涨0.14%，报每盎司20.96美元。
芝加哥全国活动指数差于预期:7月21日公布的数据显示，美国6月芝加哥联储全国活动指数降低，但仍高于0，具体数据显示，美国6月芝加哥联储全国活动指数降至0.12，前值下修为0.16，初值0.21。由于6月份公布的美国芝加哥联储全国活动指数低于预期，反映美国经济尚在回暖阶段，经济扩张幅度还远没有达到相应标准，美元仍然受到上行空间的压制，黄金则会走强。
俄6月增持50万黄金储备:据俄罗斯央行最近更新的数据显示，2014年6月该央行共增持50万盎司的黄金储备，总规模升至3520万盎司。据以往数据统计，俄罗斯在过去8年多来，只有4个月减持过黄金储备，其余时间都在增加。今年6月增持的50万盎司黄金储备接近俄罗斯总黄金储备的0.5%。由于俄罗斯从今年一季度至今，一直面临着与乌克兰国家的地缘政治问题，在地缘危机可能再度爆发的前提下，俄罗斯增持黄金储备，则有利于该国的经济稳定和抵御西方国家的制裁。
