伊拉克局势不稳 金银上涨
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场8月黄金期价7月4日收于每盎司1321.3美元，比前一交易日上升了0.9美元，涨幅为0.07%。白银期货上涨0.14%，报每盎司21.2美元。
伊拉克极端组织控制油气田：据伊拉克一名官员日前声称，控制伊拉克大片地区的极端组织“伊拉克和黎凡特伊斯兰国”，已经开始从伊拉克北部一个油田向外出口石油，从而为其军事行动提供资金。该油田每日产油量约为2万桶，靠近石油储量丰富的伊拉克基尔库克省。由于伊拉克内部的叛乱分子持续侵占国家的重要生产地区，导致国际原油供应紧张，导致通胀危机涌现，从而使以黄金为首的避险资产受到支持。
欧央行有能力推出资产购买计划：欧洲央行官员诺亚，他于日前在接受采访时表示，欧元的强劲走势，令欧洲地区的经济活动和通胀大为承压，他认为欧元略微贬值是合理的。诺亚也表示，欧洲央行及欧元区各国央行的欧元体系，是有足够的能力推出资产购买计划。由于欧元的上行格局，使得欧元区的经济活动趋于低迷，而欧央行将推出一系列刺激手段来遏制欧元的上行动力，从而刺激出口，在有足够能力启动量化宽松的资产购买计划条件下，全球性的货币通胀环境将使黄金等保值资产受到资金的簇拥。
