削债规模不变 金银止跌回升
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场7月黄金期价6月18日收于每盎司1277.6美元，上升了5.8美元，涨幅为0.46%。白银期货报每盎司19.89美元，涨幅为0.71%。
美联储维持减债规模不变：美联储议息决议显示，维持联邦基金利率目标区间在0~0.25%不变，缩减每月购债规模从450以美元缩减至350亿美元，将从7月开始，每月购买150亿美元MBS和200亿美元美国国债。12位FOMC委员倾向于在2015年首次加息，此前为13位。另外，美联储重申，第三轮量化宽松措施结束后，美联储将在相当长时间内维持低利率。由于美联储货币政策符合预期，市场并无太大惊喜，故国际金价在经历一轮下滑筑底后得到支持。
美国经济危机后遗症仍存：耶伦表示，此前的经济危机所带来的一些后遗症仍然存在着，基准利率维持在低位的时间可能会比预想的更长，同时美联储下调了美国2014年的经济增长预期，将其从2.8%~3.0%下调至2.1~2.3%。美联储对于美国经济长期发展的信心不足，这或许以为着美联储将继续维持量化宽松的货币政策。由于美联储仍旧依赖量化宽松政策达到经济有效增长的目的，所以新闻发布会以后，美元指数迅速震荡下行，黄金则出现上涨行情。
