通胀压力加大 黄金交投清淡
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场7月黄金期价6月17日收于每盎司1271.8美元，与前一天交易日的走势持平。白银期货与前一天持平，报每盎司19.75美元，涨幅为0.46%。
美国经济表现较之前更好：美国财政部负责人近日表示，美国经济表现得较之前更好，一切看起来都有利于美国经济；并不清楚房市销售数据是否在增长；美国经济增长是可持续的，希望看到更普遍的增长。由于美国财政部对美国的经济增长充满信心，其面临的债务上限危机将有望解决，一方面降低了国家的黄金储备用于解决财政赤字，另一方面也强化了联储官员年内结束购债的想法，黄金价格则受打压。
5月CPI年率高于预期：美国5月CPI年率从2.0%回升至2.1%，核心CPI年率从1.8%回升至2.0%，两者均小幅高于预期，。以核心CPI年率为例，通货膨胀率已经达到央行2%的长期目标，这可能导致短期内，使得美联储缩减货币政策的预期升温，因为当物价上升压力开始浮现时，美联储将不得不从量化宽松转向量化紧缩。由于美国5月CPI年率意外走强，这将提振美元上行，从而利空国际金价。
