房产数据良好 黄金再度下跌
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场6月黄金期价5月16日收于每盎司1292.8美元，比前一交易日下跌3.80美元，跌幅为0.29%。白银期货下跌0.72%，报每盎司19.35美元。
新屋开工率升至半年新高：周五最新公布的美国4月新屋开工年化月率飙升13.2%，预期增长3.6%，创下半年以来的新高，远远超过市场预期。同时，美国4月营建许可同样攀升，而且创下2008年6月以来新高。新屋开工和营建许可报告均表现靓丽，表明世界第一大经济体的建筑业活动料将在未来数月加速复苏。由于之前数月美国的房地产市场数据表现不佳，引起市场对美国复苏放缓的担忧，而由这次数据上看，美国经济复苏势头相当稳健，导致市场的避险意识有所下降，使黄金再度出现下跌。
黄金多头头寸再度减少：根据最新数据显示，对冲基金对黄金期货的看涨期权减少量达到一个月里的最高水平，而黄金ETF的持有量则下跌到2009年最低水平。而在上周时间，黄金净多头头寸在三周内遭到连续两次减持，而黄金ETF的持有量则连续第9周下跌，价值总共减少了690万美元。由于近期美国经济持续好转，市场的风险偏好有所提振，因此以对冲基金为首的机构们短期内不看好黄金也是理所当然的。
