联合国宣布克里米亚“公投”无效：联合国大会27日召开全体会议审议乌克兰问题，并就乌克兰等国起草的一份题为“乌克兰的领土完整”的决议草案进行投票表决。根据现场宣布的表决结果，美国、英国等100个国家投赞成票，俄罗斯、古巴等11个国家投票反对，中国、巴西等58个国家弃权。决议说，16日在克里米亚自治共和国和塞瓦斯托波尔市举行的全民公投“无效”。在克里米亚事件渐渐平息的现在，联合国的决议无疑为平静的金融市场投下了一颗重磅炸弹。预计短期内避险情绪的回升将会为金价带来一波反弹。
朝鲜称不排除进行新形式核试验应对美国：据韩联社3月30报道，联合国安理会27日发表口头声明，对朝鲜发射导弹一事表示深切忧虑和强烈谴责。对此，朝中社30日援引外务省声明称，朝鲜为了提高核威慑力，不排除进行新型核试验的可能。此外，朝鲜驻联合副大使李东一在纽约否认了与美国谈判的可能性，称华盛顿并没有显露出对话的诚意。由于近期地缘政治危机屡有发生，在黄金价格出现大幅度回调之后，短期内预计金价将会随着避险需求的回升而出现一波上涨。
