美新屋数据佳 金价下跌
截止至北京时间2014年2月27日11:00，伦敦金报价1327美元/盎司，高价为1331.08美元，低价为1325.16美元，波幅为5.92美元。
美国银行：技术面逆转 该卖出黄金了：美国银行：是时候卖出黄金了，因为技术面已经发生了逆转。日内美国新屋销售数据积极提振美元走强，黄金下跌超过1%，现报1326.00美元/盎司。美国1月新屋销售总数年化46.8万户，创2008年7月份以来新高，预期40.1万户，前值由41.4万户修正至42.7万户；1月新屋销售年化月率+9.6%，预期-3.4%，前值由-7.0%修正至-3.8%。
瑞士银行：金价将在3月跌至1280美元；瑞士银行集团的一份客户报告指出，虽然黄金价格在2月这个通常对黄金并不是很有利的月份有不错的表现，但是瑞士银行集团还是认为黄金的运气会在3月耗尽，并跌至每盎司1280美元水平。瑞士银行集团在周二发布的这份报告中指出，“预期中的季节性弱势表现是我们将黄金价格未来一个月的预期从目前的价位降低至每盎司1280美元的原因。”报告认为，“这一判断的主要理由是，虽然2014年开始以来的金价涨势是有序，其规模也是相当大的，而同时期内对黄金的净多头投注规模增加了114%，但是考虑到到目前为止的投资者参与还是仅仅限于短期的视野，获利了结的诱惑力是相当高的，我们认为这会是未来一段时间市场的主导力量。”
