美元下跌 黄金白银上涨
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）4月黄金期货2月21日收盘上涨0.5%，收报每盎司1,323.6美元，因美国数据较弱刺激避险需求的影响，美元指数下跌0.05%，3月白银期货上涨0.5%，收报每盎司21.782美元。
全球最大黄金ETF增持 白银减持：全球最大黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）21日黄金持有量增加2.7公吨成为798.31公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量减少68.81公吨成为10,081.70公吨。
美国经济数据疲软：美国1月成屋销售创1年半新低，不过即使如此，房价涨势并未受到影响，由于现存房屋库存水平仍旧吃紧，致使当月房价持续走扬。全美不动产协会(NAR)21日公布数据显示，1月份成屋销售年率衰退5.1%至462万户，创2012年7月以来新低。NAR表示，天候与高房价均是成交量下滑的主因。据彭博社调查，79位经济学家原预期成屋销售将下滑至467万户。高盛(Goldman Sachs)经济学家David Mericle在一份商讨近期气候因素对经济活力的影响分析报告中预计，有超过一半以上的经济活动损失是受到天气相关因素的影响。他预计，美国2014年GDP增速可能损失0.5个百分点，但是这也会给2季度经济增速带来0.5-0.75%的基数提振。
