实物需求强 或将推升金价
截止至北京时间2014年1月16日15:00，伦敦金报价1243美元/盎司，高价为1243.85美元，低价为1237.27美元，波幅为6.58美元。今年年初黄金和白银价格的反弹一部分受到空头回补的推动，很大原因似乎与中国实物金买盘需求上升有关。
因镍矿石被禁出口 Antam拟提供黄金销售目标：路透社报导，印度尼西亚国营矿企多种矿物公司（PT Aneka Tambang, Antam）1月15日表示，受到政府实施矿石出口禁令的影响，该公司拟提高今年的黄金销售目标30%，希望能够减少镍矿石被禁止出口的冲击。Antam由印度尼西亚政府持股65%，是于1968年由多家国营矿企合并而来，该公司还生产煤以及铝土矿等。Antam计划将今年的黄金销量目标由去年的10公吨提高至13公吨。
前WGC主管：央行仍会购入黄金；前世界黄金协会（WGC）负责各国政府事务主管George Milling Stanley最近表示，央行购买黄金不会受到价格因素的困扰。因黄金价格下跌，瑞士央行（SNB）2013年料损失90亿瑞郎。Stanley对此表示，不必担心黄金价格下跌会令央行恐慌。德国央行和法国央行的黄金储备大都是在35美元/盎司时买入。央行储备黄金不像对冲基金，对价格的敏感性大大降低。“新兴市场央行是非常非常长线的投资者，有可能是10年，甚至是100年。他们的目的主要是分散风险。目前黄金在1200-1300之间有筑底的迹象。但这个价格也大约是10年前的5倍。因此，央行在黄金上的投资，还是满意的。”
