实物买盘推动 黄金反弹
伦敦金早上开盘价为1234.35美元/盎司，截止至北京时间2014年1月6日11:00，伦敦金报价1242.4美元/盎司，高价为1246美元，低价为1232.8美元，波幅为13.2美元。金价自去年年底以来的反弹，很大程度上，是受到空头回补以及实物买盘的推动。
波士顿联储：QE过早退出对就业不利：美国波士顿联储主席罗森格林1月4日再次呼吁美联储应当在撤出经济支持措施时保持耐心，部分原因在于过快退出将对就业市场造成永久损伤。他对美联储去年12月削减量化宽松(QE)的决定表示反对。他在演讲中重申此举是错误的，因为失业率依然过高且通胀率过低。罗森格伦此前曾表示其更倾向于2014年3月之后缩减QE，他在周六的演讲上表示，“美联储850亿美元的购债规模对就业增长利大于弊。另外，如果货币及财政政策未能加快美国经济复苏，将造成长期结构型失业的风险，这正是我所担心的问题。”
实物黄金需求支撑 金价将反弹：元旦期间有报道称中国再次掀起了一股买黄金的热潮，且印度也放宽了黄金进口的限制，这对于2013年持续低迷的金价来说就像一阵清风袭来，吸引投资者做多黄金。另外2013年金价持续遭到抛售，CFTC黄金期货合约投机者净多头持仓接近2006年6月以来的最低水平，市场看空情绪达到极致水平。根据以往经验，这往往是金价筑底反弹的信号，暗示新一轮涨势或已启动。
