美参院通过程序性投标 预算协议通过：周二美国参议院在就预算协议最终投票之前，首先进行了程序性投票。美国参议院以67票赞成，33票反对，通过了至关重要的程序性投票。67票赞成票来自全部55名民主党参议员和12名共和党参议员。程序性投票为正式投票奠定了基础，表明两党就最终预算协议投票达成了协议，预算协议的障碍被清除。
澳联储：美联储有望今日缩减量宽；澳联储据外汇策略师Greg Gibbs称，今日美联储有望缩减量宽，同时不确定美联储是否会加强政策引导。苏格兰皇家银行美国经济研究团队一向认为美联储将在明年3月缩减量宽，但研究团队开始认为美联储有望由于美国经济数据向好和美两党达成财政预算协议提前缩减量宽。“目前为止Greg Gibbs个人的看法是美联储的确会于今日缩减量宽。缩减量宽的决定将会拉升经济。这个决策对通胀影响不大。美国经济数据向好，美国国会有望达成预算协议。
