美元受提振 伦敦金疲弱
伦敦金早上开盘价为1227.4美元/盎司，截止至北京时间2013年12月13日11:30，伦敦金报价1228美元/盎司，高价为1229.1美元，低价为1224.7美元，波幅为4.4美元。
摩根大通：美联储减码或无法提振美元；摩根大通外汇分析师Kenneth Landon表示，对于美联储(Fed)削减QE以及QE3终结将提振美元走强的假设保持谨慎。他指出：“其他宏观因素将轻易地覆盖QE3结束给美元带来的任何利好刺激。主要经济体的强劲和对市场利率的最终影响仍是更为重要的影响因素。”该分析师并称：“目前总体的预期是2014年美国经济将急速增长接近3%，引发许多投资者预计美元升值。与此同时，预计美联储将于2014年年初开始削减QE，在2014年4月提高消费税之后，日本央行(BOJ)可能将宣布推出新的宽松措施。”
德意志银行涉嫌操纵金银价：据外媒报道，德国金融监管部门近日就黄金白银价格操纵案向德意志银行索要相关文件。据知情人士透露，德国联邦金融监管局在过去几个月中已经数次进入德意志银行开展现场调查，并且审问了一些相关工作人员。这显示了德国监管部门对贵金属市场的关注度颇高。每日公布两次的伦敦黄金定盘价由五家银行共同商议决定，德意志银行便是其中之一，同时其也是三家参与白银定盘价制定的银行之一。在伦敦银行间同业拆借利率（Libor）操纵丑闻之后，各国监管机构都开始对市场基准指标开始了严密的的监察措施。
