耶伦将维持货币政策 金价暂时止跌
伦敦金早上开盘价为1285美元/盎司，截止至北京时间2013年11月14日11:30，伦敦金报价1284.7美元/盎司，高价为1286.8美元，低价为1270.1美元，波幅为16.7美元。
印度政府下调5%黄金进口关税：印度政府周三(11月13日)宣布再次将黄金进口关税下调5%，至417美元/10克，但维持白银进口关税至738美元/千克不变。印度政府表示，此次下调黄金进口关税是追随国际金价的变化。隔夜纽约金价从11月初的1322.2美元/盎司跌至1266.20美元/盎司，整体跌幅超4%。与此同时，纽约银价隔夜也跌至20.70美元/盎司。尽管金价大幅下滑，但印度国内的黄金溢价依旧维持在较高水平，因政府此前不断限制该国黄金进口，以抑制经常帐赤字走宽。
耶伦表示将维持货币政策：耶伦即将在本周四(11月14日)出席参议院主席提名听证会，而她在13日美国金融市场收盘后发布的书面证词中表示，失业率依旧太高，显示经济与就业市况仍远不如期待，而通膨率也料将持续低于FED设定的2%目标。耶伦在这份书面证词中表示，强劲的复苏终将让FED缩减宽松货币政策规模，并减轻对资产收购等非传统政策工具的依赖。她相信，为当今的复苏动能提供支持是推动货币政策回归正轨最明确的道路。
