庄信万丰：铂金短缺创1999年以来新高;庄信万丰（Johnson Matthey）11月12日公布报告指出，由于工业与投资需求的增长弥补了汽车与首饰市场的需求下滑，2013年铂金市场的供给短缺预估将创下1999年以来的新高；钯金市场的供给缺口则可望缩减，因消费下滑的速度超过了供给的增长。报告预估，今年铂金市场的供给缺口将较上年度扩增78%至60.5万盎司，钯金市场的供给短缺则可望较上年度缩减36%至74万盎司。
高盛：美联储或明年3月减码 需评估1月政治斗争;高盛首席经济学家Jan Hatzius周一早间接受CNBC采访时称，美联储最有可能削减量化宽松的时间点是明年3月份。但考虑到耶伦比伯南克更偏鸽派，明年初需要重新评估一下。Hatzius也认为，在美联储官员决定开始削减QE之前，他们将评估国会明年1月政治斗争的影响。在明年初的财政预算斗争中，美国国会将更容易达成一份协议，这是因为即将到来的减支计划涉及了国防开支。美联储或者会希望度过美国国会财政预算危机后再削减QE。
