Fed维持QE 黄金白银上涨
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货10月30日收盘上涨0.3%，收报每盎司1,349.3美元，美元指数上涨0.1%，12月白银期货上涨2.2%，收报每盎司22.983美元。全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金GLD.US）30日黄金持有量持平为872.02公吨最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,502.23公吨。
美国10月ADP新增就业人数13万，远低于市场预期15万，黯淡的结果表明就业市场在四季度初继续改善乏力。今年1-10月ADP月均新增就业人数15.7万，小幅高于去年同期14.7万，远低于2011年同期水平19.4万，就业市场疲软只能说明美国经济的复苏程度过于温和，以至于私人企业雇佣力度徘徊不前；另一方面，美国9月消费者物价指数年率从1.5%降至1.2%，核心CPI年率则小幅降至1.7%，显示通胀维持低迷。
荷兰合作银行（Rabobank）报告称，美国政府关门危机无疑将对今年第四季度美国经济造成冲击，荷银认为至少要到2014年中美联储才会看到令人信服的经济运行数据以促使其做出调整量化宽松政策的决定。美西银行首席经济学家斯科特.安德森（Scott Anderson）则认为美联储会将现行的货币量化宽松政策维持到明年3月份。
