惠誉或下调美国评级 预计今日黄金波幅
十二月交货的纽约商品交易所的黄金期货收盘下跌3.4美元，收报1273.2美元/盎司，交易范围在1251美元 – 1277.6美元区间。伦敦金早上开盘价为1279.3美元/盎司，截止至中国时间2013年10月16日11:40，伦敦金报价1279.6美元/盎司，高价为1286.9美元，低价为1274.3美元，波幅为12.6美元。
美两党仍未达成协议：
华尔街日报报道，参议院领袖周一表示，两党已接近达成协议，将重开联邦政府，以及在明年1月或2月暂时提高债务上限。然而，协议仍未通过众议院的批准。两党如果不能在10月17日的期限之前提高债务上限，美国将经历一个灾难性违约的后果。
惠誉警告：或下调美国AAA主权评级：
国际评级机构惠誉周二发出警告，由于美国政府因为债务上限问题争执不下，该机构有可能下调美国AAA的主权评级，惠誉已经将美国AAA的评级列入负面观察名单中，惠誉将在2014年第一季末是否继续将置于负面观察名单中，所以因为债务上限很快到死线，再加上美国评级被列入负面名单中，所以预计今天黄金波动会较大。
