美国会未结束关门 伦敦金低位反弹
伦敦金早上开盘价为1273.25美元/盎司，截止至中国时间2013年10月15日11:00，伦敦金报价1273.5美元/盎司，高价为1279.4美元，低价为1266.2美元，波幅为13.2美元。金价周一上扬，从上周五触及的三个月低位反弹，因美国国会和总统奥巴马尚未就恢复政府运作和避免日益迫近的违约达成协议。
美两党有望打破僵局：
自上周四看似有所突破以来，未打破财政僵局的磋商基本没有任何成果。议员们表示，他们仍认为可能在未来数小时达成协议，且交易商表示，对达成协议的乐观情绪限制金价进一步涨幅。
美国参议院的民主党和共和党高层均表示，希望不久就能达成协议，以避免陷入债务违约，并结束已14天的部分政府运作停摆状态。
美国财政预算问题将重新商讨：
彭博社和路透社报导，消息人士透露草案内容包括：搁置举债上限至明年2月7日、持续拨款政府至1月中旬、参众两院需在12月13日前召开会议，重新商讨预算问题。参院民主党领袖瑞德(Harry Reid)指出他乐观以对，相信本周内能达成合理协议。
尽管如此，美国政治僵局能否结束仍有变数。目前还不清楚共和党籍的众院议长贝纳(John Boehner)是否会允许法案进行投票，或是会修改要求条文。
