欧盟统计局（Eurostat）周一（9月30日）公布的数据显示，欧元区9月调和消费者物价指数初值年率增长放缓。数据显示，欧元区9月调和消费者物价指数初值年率增长1.1%，创2010年以来的最低增速，前值为1.3%。
