COMEX黄金下跌1.2% 白银月线涨近20%

路透社8月30日报导，印度央行准备推出一项新措施，引导商业银行从普通市民手上购买黄金，并把黄金转售给炼金厂，试图控制黄金进口，缓解卢比汇率的下跌。
印度央行将要求各银行以卢比购买珠宝、金条和金币，银行将不得不提供较当铺和珠宝商更高的价格以吸引黄金卖家。
