美元上涨印度需求减 COMEX黄金下跌1%
黄金价格随着美元指数上涨而下跌，而且受到全球黄金需求量最大国家印度出台限制黄金进口量的影响。
纽约商品期货交易所（COMEX）12月黄金期货8月13日收盘下跌13.7美元，收报每盎司1,320.5美元，因美元指数上涨0.4%，以及印度政府抑制黄金需求的影响；
9月白银期货小涨0.01%，收报每盎司21.343美元。
纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）10月铂金期货小涨0.07%，收报每盎司1,499.7美元，9月钯金期货上涨0.2%，收报每盎司738.9美元。
印度财政部8月13日表示，将黄金进口关税自8%上调至10%；
白银进口关税自6%上调至10%；
金矿石和治炼用金条（dore bars）的进口关税自6%上调至8%；
冶炼用银条的进口关税则自3%上调至7%。
全球最大黄金上市交易基金（ETF）–SPDR黄金信托基金（GLD.US）13日黄金持有量持平为911.13公吨。
最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金（SLV.US），白银持有量持平为10,396.73公吨。
