美国会权宜法案避免停摆 金价1900附近
现货黄金在周一探低反弹后，昨日亚盘开盘后未能延续反弹走势。金价两度上攻承压于1920美元/盎司压力下方，后市几度虚破1900美元/盎司整数大关，但截止至目前为止，价格暂时仍能维持在整数关口上。现货黄金今日凌晨3点收于1904.2美元/盎司一线，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1902美元/盎司一线。现货白银低位震荡，报24.25美元/盎司。
欧洲央行资产负债表规模再创新高：欧洲央行资产负债表规模已经达到6.5万亿欧元，创下历史新高，并且欧洲央行在7月份一个月就增加购买了278亿欧元的资产规模；当前欧洲央行资产负债规模已经相当于欧元区GDP总量的63.6%，远高于美联储资产负债占美国GDP总量36.3%的水平，但还远不及日本央行135.3%的惊人比例。
美国国会就权宜资金法案达成协议：美国众议院议长佩洛西表示，国会民主党与共和党和白宫已就一项临时资金法案中的农业援助解决了争端，该争端曾引发了美国政府于10月1日停摆的风险。根据该协议，农业援助将被添加到立法中，该立法将在12月11日之前提供维持政府运作的资金，以换取增加对低收入家庭的粮食援助。众议院对该法案进行投票后，将在10月1日结束的财政年度之前送交参议院投票。
