美联储长期维持低利率 但金价高位回落
隔夜的美联储利率决议再次承诺将长时间维持在低利率的环境下，不过黄金价格并没有受到太大的刺激，反而在没有太额外的惊喜下，出现了一定的高位回落，但整体依然比较坚挺，而美元的低位回升，也是限制黄金的主要因素之一，成功刷新了本周的高点。
美国市场：
美联储公布利率决议、政策声明和经济预期。美联储将基准利率维持在0%-0.25%不变，超额准备金率（IOER）维持在0.1%不变，将贴现利率维持在0.25%不变；有两位官员对政策决定投反对票。
欧洲市场：
英国委员会主席表示谈判总是很困难，但是英国脱欧谈判并没有像欧盟希望的那样取得进展，与英国签订贸易协议的时间已经不多了，英国脱欧离婚协议不能被单方面改变、忽视或取消，信任是任何合作关系的基础。
原油市场：
美油一度大涨3%，创一周半新高至39.33美元/桶，消息称OPEC+8月份石油减产履约率101%，同时此前飓风影响美国海上油气生产，且美国API原油库存意外骤降。随着飓风萨利逼近美国墨西哥湾沿岸，超过25%的美国海上油气产出被关闭，出口港口也关闭。
