飓风或导致120亿损失 黄金1910支撑强劲
现货黄金截止至2020年08月26日3：00收盘于1928.4美元/盎司，金价昨日亚盘时段震荡反弹，但上方1937美元/盎司一线压力效果良好，金价于午间开始震荡走低，直接回踩1914美元/盎司一线测试支撑，随后空头未有进一步动作，金价重新反弹回1920-1930区间内，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1927美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报26.48美元/盎司。
美国7月新建住宅销售数据走高：美国7月新建住宅销售窜升至近14年来最高水平，因抵押贷款利率降至低位，帮助推动了市郊建筑开工活动。数据显示，新建住宅折合年率销量环比增长13.9%，达到90.1万套。调查经济学家预估中值为79万套。售价中值同比上涨7.2%，至330600美元。新建住宅销售在新冠疫情期间大幅增多，因为贷款成本降至历史低点，而二手房供应短缺。
强飓风扑向美国能源重镇：劳拉飓风将迅速加强，以三级飓风形式登陆德克萨斯-路易斯安那州沿岸，该地区的经济损失最高可达120亿美元，美国12%的炼油产能或将关闭数月。美国国家飓风中心表示，劳拉已经导致海上石油和天然气的生产中断，炼油厂和出口码头关闭，当地员工被强制撤离。这将是自2018年的迈克尔以来，第一个袭击墨西哥湾的主要飓风。
