利率决议无亮点 黄金冲高回落
现货黄金截止至2020年07月30日3：00收盘于1966.5美元/盎司，金价昨日整体维持震荡走势，区间保持在1945-1965内，晚间美联储主席鲍威尔发表悲观言论，金价短时间冲高，触及1980美元/盎司压力后回落，现阶段现货黄金交投于1963美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报24.43美元/盎司。
鲍威尔措辞偏向悲观：美联储将基准利率维持在接近零的水平不变，并誓言将动用所有工具来支持受疫情冲击的经济。发布的政策决议与此前相比几无变化，继续维稳各项政策措施的同时依旧强调了疫情的影响冲击，但也强调之前采取的措施已经产生效果，而未来的进一步政策走向仍要基于疫情发展而定，因而购债力度将维持在当前水平。
EIA原油库存降幅远超预期：美国EIA公布的数据显示，截至7月24日当周美国除却战略储备的商业原油库存降幅远超预期，精炼油库存基本符合预期，汽油库存增幅超出预期。EIA数据公布后美国原油价格短线小幅上涨0.2美元。
