参议院再度批准法案 现货黄金反弹失败
现货黄金截止至2020年03月19日4：00收盘于1495.2美元/盎司，昨日金价早间维持窄幅震荡，欧盘开盘后向下突破震荡区间迅速回落，白天最大回落幅度达59美元，虽晚间美盘曾出现大幅度反弹，但后市并未能站稳进一步打开回落回落空间，今日亚盘开盘后于低位震荡，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1485美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报12.03美元/盎司。
特朗普签署第二份纾困法案：3月19日美国总统特朗普已签署第二份疫情纾困法案，正在计划更多刺激措施，特朗普政府估计这个一揽子计划将耗资1.3万亿美元。预计周四将见到第三阶段刺激方案大纲，一旦拟定完成会很快投票。。
英镑跌至35年低点：周三英镑大跌5%至1985年以来新低至1.1453，因市场对英国政府防疫力度不足感到忧虑，同时英国首相约翰逊仍不肯延长脱欧过渡期，这令无协议脱欧风险继续升温。尽管英国央行准备出台更多的措施以支持经济，并呼吁做空英国资产的投机者赶紧收手，但是英镑多头持仓仍处于两年相对高位附近，这意味着英镑仍存在进一步回落的空间。
