欧央行维持不变 黄金急速回撤后反弹
国际现货黄金截止至2020年3月13日2:00报1594.7美元/盎司，昨晚美盘时段现货黄金最高价为1642.9美元/盎司，金价美盘时段大幅下探，一度跌穿1600关口。现货白银报16.03美元/盎司，白银同样大跌至15.5一线。
欧央行维稳利率不变：欧洲央行公布利率决议，维持利率不变。欧洲央行公布新的LTRO工具，宣布采取措施提供即时的流动性支持。欧洲央行将在首次加息后持续再投资计划，到2020年底，欧洲央行净资产购买额将增加1200亿欧元。
油价展开价格战：欧佩克+取消原定于3月18日在维也纳举行的技术委员会会议，这打消了短期内价格战缓和的幻想，同时沙特阿拉伯王国准备以比俄罗斯原油低得多的价格向欧洲出售大量原油，供应量是以前的三倍。
