原油减产再度受阻 现货黄金窄幅震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年02月10日14：00收盘于1570.9美元/盎司，现货黄金今日亚盘开盘后冲高回落，于1576.9美元/盎司一线受支撑后止住跌势转为横盘震荡，欧盘开盘后整体走势并未出现太大变化，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1571美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.7美元/盎司。
美国石油产量居高不下：2月10日国际油价震荡，因市场预计公共卫生事件将继续拖累需求，虽然多数欧佩克成员国表示赞同加大减产力度，但因俄罗斯态度不明，欧佩克至今未采取行动。此外美国能源部长表示，美国石油产量创历史新高，经济增长放缓，但稳定的经济增长增强了全球石油价格的稳定性。
聚焦特朗普预算案：金价震荡交投于1570美元关口附近，多空双方于此处展开激烈争夺，此前连续三个交易日上涨，市场对突发公共卫生事件的忧虑导致亚洲股市回落，提振金价，不过向好美国1月非农就业报告持续提振美元，限制金价上行空间。另外美国总统特朗普将于当地时间周一日提交政府2021财年预算案，拟砍21%对外援助金。
