黄金延续反弹 1560一线成考验
国际现货黄金截止至2020年1月18日4:00报1559.6美元/盎司，上周晚间美盘时段最高价为1561.1美元/盎司，金价震荡向上回升，不过未能成功破位1560一线重大反压。现货白银报18.05美元/盎司，白银逐渐企稳18关口。
贸易改善难阻反弹：刚刚过去的一周，现货黄金整体波动较小，因中美签订第一阶段经贸协议，美国参议院表决通过美墨加自贸协议，国际贸易局势显著改善，打压避险需求，但黄金多头依然押注全球多数央行未来将采取货币宽松政策。
美国房产数据靓丽：12月房屋开工飙升16.9%，经季节调整后的年率为160.8万户，为2006年12月以来最高水平，且创自2016年10月以来最大百分比增幅。表明房屋市场在抵押贷款利率较低的情况下已回到复苏轨道，可能有助于支撑有纪录以来最长时间的经济扩张。
