国际油价三连涨 现货黄金高位震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年12月04日14：00收盘于1461.1美元/盎司，昨日晚间金价大幅反弹最高一度触及1481.6美元/盎司一线位置，凌晨时分有所回落但今日亚盘开盘后并未延续回落趋势，价格自下方1475.7美元/盎司一线再度出现反弹，并向上测试昨日晚间高点压力，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1480美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报17.19美元/盎司。
加央行2020年底前料谨慎维稳：12月4日，加拿大央行将于日内23:00公布利率决议，分析师认为明年年底前该央行都将按兵不动。不过，鉴于贸易局势及其对大宗商品价格造成的影响，加拿大央行宽松的大门仍未彻底关闭。虽然加拿大经济总体表现良好，并且更严格的监管法规稳定了金融脆弱性，但该国的债务水平仍然很高。
美油库存减产超预期：12月4日亚洲时段国际油价连续第三天上涨，因API原油库存超预期减少，支撑油价走高。目前投资者的焦点转向即将举行的OPEC+会议，拭目以待是否会加大减产力，OPEC成员在是否会加大减产力度方面传递互相矛盾的信号。据悉，OPEC+联合技术委员会周二在维也纳的会议结束，没有讨论进一步减产。
