美元大幅回落 黄金仍旧震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年12月3日3：00收盘于1462.2美元/盎司，昨日黄金在亚欧盘时段回吐周五晚间大部分走势，直至价格触及下方1454美元/盎司附近位置后，黄金再度展开反弹，并修复回亚欧盘的下跌幅度，站回1460美元/盎司位置上方，整体行情依旧处于震荡盘整格局当中。
美国考虑提高欧盟商品税：今年10月，WTO裁决美国在诉空客非法补贴案中胜出，允许美国对每年价值75亿美元的欧盟输美商品加征关税。美国随后对大部分空客飞机，以及从单一麦芽威士忌到奶酪等欧盟输美商品加征部分关税。WTO将于明年就欧盟诉波音非法补贴案做出裁决，欧盟要求对美国输欧商品加征报复性关税。
ISM制造业PMI不及预期：在美国公布弱于预期的制造业报告后，刚刚创下7月以来最大月涨幅的美元停止了上升势头。美国供应管理协会(ISM)数据显示，上月工厂采购经理人指数(PMI)意外下滑至48.1，低于预期的49.2。美元指数应声创下一个月来最大跌幅。
