众议院避免政府停摆 美元黄金陷入震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年11月20日3：00收盘于1473美元/盎司，昨日黄金在下午时段再度呈现下跌行情，但最终走至晚间时间段重新修复下午所有跌幅，并再度测试上方1475-1474美元/盎司附近位置支撑，整体黄金维持震荡行情当中。
美加墨三国协定进展：美国众议院筹款委员会主席表示，美墨加三国贸易协定可能在圣诞节前敲定，但另有民主党代表认为，近几日的谈判没有进展。负责牵头谈判的Neal表示，民主党人在与美国贸易代表莱特希泽敲定有关劳工和执法的规定，而获得劳工组织领导人的支持对协议通过大有助益。
众议院通过法案避免停摆：美国众议院通过了为期一个月的支出法案，为政府提供资金至12月20日，让议员有更多时间为上个月开始的财政年度制定全年拨款方案；对修订版HR 3055进行投票的结果是231-192；当前拨款将于周四到期；该法案还将使进出口银行运营至12月20日，允许人口普查局加大投入准备2020年的人口普查，防止明年自动削减公路资金，并对军人加薪3.1%。
