恐慌指数大涨 黄金维持震荡
现货黄金截止至2019年11月14日4：00收盘于1463.5美元/盎司，周三尽管美联储主席鲍威尔也表示暂缓降息，且认为美国经济前景向好，同时美国CPI数据亦表现尚可，但是因国际贸易不确定性回升，全球股市和公债收益率下跌，恐慌指数一度大涨10%，这使得黄金刷新一周高点。但是总体而言，近期市场风险偏好依旧高企，黄金ETF持仓目前跌破了900吨，为7周最低水平，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1461美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报16.93美元/盎司。
市场押注保守党赢得大选：11月14日英镑走势基本持稳，因英国政局有利形势发展盖过疲软经济数据的影响。尽管英国数据疲软，但市场预期约翰逊的保守党激昂赢得大选，进一步激励了乐观情绪。若英国保守党在12月12日提前大选中赢得多数席位，预计英镑兑美元将升至1.3381附近。
美联储乐观看待经济表现：美联储主席鲍威尔表示，只要经济保持在正轨，当前的货币政策立场可能已充分，旧金山联储主席称经济状况良好，利率可维持不变，官员们的乐观言论令市场对美联储降息预期进一步降温，为美元提供支撑，11月13日一度刷新10月16日以来高点至98.45。
