美元指数持续震荡 现货黄金重回1460
现货黄金截止至2019年11月13日14：00收盘于1461.1美元/盎司，金价昨日再度向下测试低点位置支撑后于1445美元/盎司一线快速反弹，转身向上测试1460美元/盎司一线压力，并于欧盘有重新站上1460美元/盎司一线迹象，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1462美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡反弹，报16.9美元/盎司。
保守党领先优势扩大：因英国脱欧党官宣放弃争夺保守党现有席位，11月12日的多个民调显示，保守党的领先优势有所扩大，而脱欧党支持率出现下滑。从目前的情况看，英镑的走势和保守党支持率呈正相关关系，德意志银行预测，若保守党赢得多数席位，英镑有望反弹3%。
油价57关口受阻：11月13日亚洲时段，国际油价下跌，因国际贸易协议乐观前景趋于消化，这打压了全球经济与能源需求前景。此外IEA指出，全球石油需求增长将从2025年起放缓，到2030年左右将会触顶。但另一方面，库欣原油库存减少、中东危局影响石油供应仍限制油价跌幅。
