金价止住跌势 保持低位震荡
国际现货黄金截止至2019年11月13日2:00报1453.8美元/盎司，隔夜美盘时段最高价为1460.8美元/盎司，金价昨晚未能进一步下跌，整体保持低位震荡。现货白银报16.72美元/盎司，白银同样维持震荡修正为主。
特朗普再恐吓市场：美国总统唐纳德·特朗普面向华尔街发表了一场巡回演讲，向高管和经济学家们宣扬他的经济成就，并警告说如果2020年大选民主党获胜则将危及股市。特朗普重申了对美联储的抱怨，称更高的利率使美国处于“竞争劣势”。
新西兰决议维持不变：新西兰联储决议显示，利率意外维持在1%不变，由委员会一致同意通过，这与市场普遍预期相左，此前多数投行预计该联储将再度降息25个基点。决议公布后，纽元兑美元短线拉升。
