美元高位震荡 黄金小幅反弹
现货黄金截止至2019年11月7日3：00收盘于1490.8美元/盎司，昨日黄金未有进一步的下探及空头延续行情出现，整体情况更多的是以震荡上行方式进行反弹，在站回1490上方位置黄金短期内陷入窄幅震荡盘整走势。
美联储官员以数据为首：美联储威廉姆斯表示，当前货币政策处于适度宽松状态，全球经济增速放缓和通胀压力受抑为采取取更多宽松政策提供了理由。在应对美国经济风险时，美联储三次降息是卓有成效的。美联储应以数据为依据，并先发制人。美联储由加息转变为降息是根据经济前景风险评估做出的选择。当经济下行时，我们倾向降息和购债。美国劳动力市场强劲，但低失业率并没有造成通货膨胀，价格压力受到合理抑制。
欧元区经济增长预期：国际货币基金组织(IMF)周三表示，欧元区经济增长放缓幅度将超过预期，因在全球贸易持续紧张的情况下，欧元区制造业危机可能蔓延至服务业。IMF表示，拥有19个成员国的欧元区今年经济将增长1.2%，低于4月预计的增长1.3%。与去年1.9%的增幅相比明显放缓。IMF预计，2020年和2021年欧元区经济将增长1.4%，低于此前预计的1.5%的增长率。
