市场静待美联储：目前投资者还在等待美联储本月底的货币政策会议，寻找今年降息的更多线索；联邦基金利率期货走势暗示，交易员预计美联储在本月底货币政策会议降息25个基点的可能性为89%。
欧央行决议在即：欧洲行长德拉基在最后一次总统会议上预计不会宣布任何新措施。相反，他将捍卫9月份宣布的刺激方案的需要，并敦促在财政政策中发挥更大的作用。自上次会议以来公布的经济数据出人意料地下滑。然而，衡量刺激措施的效果需要一些时间。
