德拉基卸任在即 黄金维持震荡
国际现货黄金截止至2019年10月19日3:00报1491.3美元/盎司，上周金价白天经过一段窄幅震荡过程后，从1492美元/盎司一线开启回落，但下方1489美元/盎司一线支撑效果良好，金价美盘重新反弹回白天震荡区间内，本周开盘后暂未出现大幅度波动行情，现阶段价格交投于1490美元/盎司一线位置。现货白银震荡，报17.56美元/盎司。
欧银或将按兵不动
10月24日欧洲央行将举行货币政策会议，外界普遍预期，继9月份推出大规模刺激举措之后，欧洲央行本月将按兵不动。欧元区官员也表示，欧洲央行政策制定者不打算在未来几个月实施更多货币宽松政策，尽管他们在12月份可能下调经济预测。
脱欧大限再遭延期
10月21日，受脱欧大限再度延期的影响，英镑兑美元低开低走，失守1.29关口，几乎回吐上周五全部涨幅。英国首相约翰逊给布鲁塞尔发送了他一直不想发送的信。受反对党议员通过的一项法律的约束，他正式要求欧盟将英国脱欧欧日期推迟至明年1月31日，但他明确表示宁愿不延期脱欧。
