美联储如期降息 金价高位回撤
国际现货黄金截止至2019年9月19日2:00报1508.2美元/盎司，晚间美盘时段最高价为1510.8美元/盎司，金价美盘保持震荡为主，但利率决议过后出现较快回撤。现货白银报17.88美元/盎司，白银同样消息后高位回落。
美联储偏鹰派降息：美联储如期降息25个基点，以帮助维持创纪录的经济扩张，不过美联储主席称“适度”的政策行动应该足以维持美国经济增长，美国经济前景“良好”，决定降息是为了“防范当前的风险”，包括全球经济增长疲弱和贸易紧张局势再度抬头。
油价跌后小幅回升：美国EIA公布的数据显示，截至9月13日当周美国除却战略储备的商业原油库存增幅超出预期，精炼油库存超预期预期，汽油库存超过预期，但精炼厂设备利用率出现较大下滑，数据公布后美国原油价格短线探底后迅速回升。
