欧央行再度降息 金价冲高回落
国际现货黄金截止至2019年9月13日2:00报1498.2美元/盎司，晚间美盘时段最高价为1524.0美元/盎司，金价欧美时段多头强势，一度上行至1520上方，但随后受压补回涨幅，功亏一篑。现货白银报18.04美元/盎司，白银同样冲高回落不过幅度相对较小。
欧央行开启负利率：欧洲央行宣布，下调存款利率10个基点至-0.5%，预期-0.5%，前值-0.4%，此为欧洲央行自2016年以来的首次降息。欧洲央行维持主要再融资利率在0.00%不变，维持边际借贷利率在0.25%不变。欧洲央行还宣布重启QE，并将开始实施利率分级制度，从11月1日起购债200亿欧元/月。
美国CPI表现亮眼：美国核心CPI数据表现靓丽，美联储下周降息50个基点的押注基本消失，令市场对全球央行大幅货币宽松的预期降温，令金价承压；此外，中美贸易局势出现改善，打压黄金避险买需。
