早间小幅回升 金价测试千五
国际现货黄金截止至2019年9月12日14:00报1497.6美元/盎司，早间亚盘时段最高价为1498.2美元/盎司，金价早间企稳支撑后小幅回升，目前有望重回千五上方。现货白银报18.13美元/盎司，白银同样出现小幅走高。
欧银决议或造大影响：欧洲央行将公布利率决议，接受调查的经济学家预计欧洲央行9月12日会降息10个基点，而货币市场押注会降息15个基点。随后央行行长德拉基将发表讲话，预计重启量化宽松购买计划的可能性很高。
英国议会复会在即：英国苏格兰最高上诉法院周三裁定首相约翰逊让议会休会至10月14日的决定违法，在政府与议会为脱欧的未来角力之际，此一裁决引发议会应立即复会的呼声。约翰逊宣布议会休会之后，政府启动新的立法议程。
