鸽派美联储官员提振 现货黄金冲高回落
现货黄金截止至2019年9月5日3：00收盘于1553.9美元/盎司，昨日金价白天时间主要保持回落走势，最低回踩至1533.8美元/盎司一线位置，欧盘尾段回落势头开始放缓，美盘开盘后快速反弹，但在前半夜仍受压于前高1550美元/盎司压力位置，随后美联储经济褐皮书公布时间附近金价出现一波拉高走势，最高上冲至1556.9美元/盎司位置，但金价似乎并未能有效站稳该位置，直到今日亚盘时段仍保持回落走势，现阶段现货黄金交投于1543美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡，报19.5美元/盎司。
欧洲央行或推迟重启宽松政策：9月4日，有望出任欧洲央行行长的拉加德表示，欧洲央行需要长期保持宽松的政策，但应该对政策进行更广泛的评估，同时考虑到气候变化等全球性挑战。分析师也相信欧洲央行将重启资产购买计划，但德国、法国和荷兰等几个关键欧元区成员国的怀疑或直接反对，令讨论变得更加复杂。尽管如此，若想令欧元强势反弹还需要至少两个条件。
美联储鸽声嘹亮：美联储官员在本周的讲话中普遍认为，贸易政策的不确定性正在损害美国企业的利益。他们是否相信降息是正确的，似乎在很大程度上取决于他们对消费者信心和消费者支出的看法。美联储票委威廉姆斯预计未来消费者支出不会像过去那样继续快速增长。美联储票委布拉德和非票委卡普兰认为美联储目前设定的联邦基金利率目标和整个美债收益率曲线脱节。
