经济褐皮书公布前夕 现货黄金高位回落
现货黄金截止至2019年9月4日14：00收盘于1541.6美元/盎司，昨日金价晚间突破低位1520-1530震荡区间后大幅反弹，直接回到前高1550美元/盎司一线压力位置附近，但短时间内并未出现进一步走强信号，今日亚盘高位回落，冲高无力出现短时间头部形态，现阶段交投于1538美元/盎司一线。现货白银高位震荡，报19.38美元/盎司。
英国脱欧迎关键日：9月3日联合国贸易和发展会议发布的一份报告称，如果英国不与欧盟达成贸易协议，将使英国在欧盟的销售损失至少160亿美元，在计入间接影响和其他市场因素后，损失可能还要大得多。9月4日将是决定英国脱欧动向至关重要的一天，虽然英国民众对延期脱欧已经无比厌倦，但如果“无协议脱欧”成为现实，英国将为此付出巨大代价。
俄承诺9月份100%履行减产：因国际贸易担忧情绪，以及俄罗斯和OPEC增产承压，9月3日布油价格一度跌至近四周低点。俄罗斯8月石油产量略高于减产协议水平，但承诺9月份100%履行减产。 OPEC将在9月9日至12日世界能源大会期间举行会议，沙特或承诺不惜一切代价减产，且要求其他OPEC成员国更好履行减产，有望提振油价企稳反弹。
