原油减产变增产 黄金维持震荡
国际现货黄金截止至2019年8月31日3:00报1525.1美元/盎司，金价周四自1550美元/盎司一线回落后，周五维持震荡调整，整体波动控制在1520-1530区间内，本周价格于1530美元/盎司附近开线，并未出现明显突破迹象，目前交投于1524美元/盎司一线。现货白银高位震荡，报18.35美元/盎司。
反对派欲立法延长脱欧期限：上周日英国工党的脱欧事务发言人表示，反对无协议脱欧的议员将尝试于本周通过一项立法，阻止首相约翰逊让英国在10月31日无序离开欧盟。保守党办公室高级消息人士表示，周二所有议员都面临一个简单的选择，要么和政府一起投票，保留达成协议的机会。要么和科尔宾一起投票，毁掉达成协议的任何机会。投票反对政府或弃权都将视为保守党议员叛变。
原油减产效果未达预期：推动减产仍是沙特和俄罗斯为代表的OPEC+所采取的支撑油价的主要策略，但受协议约束的11个OPEC成员国8月的减产执行率为136%，低于7月的150%，油价当前的走势显然没有达到OPEC所预期的效果。因为沙特对美国的出口下降，美股EIA原油库存全线大幅下跌。
